Meet the Blondes Behind the Operation

When you ride with us, it’s likely you’ll be trailing behind our two golden guides—Buzz and Jordan, a pair of seasoned palominos who know these mountains like the back of their hooves.

Founder Jordan Bader is a fifth-generation native Nevadan with deep roots in the high desert and a lifelong passion for horses. Her equestrian journey has taken her from captaining the University of Nevada Equestrian Team, to leading rides at Montana’s world-renowned Mountain Sky Guest Ranch, and now, to building Bader Ranch Trail Co. from the ground up.

Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge in horsemanship, wilderness guiding, and guest experience, all backed by certifications in Wilderness First Aid, CPR, and Leave No Trace stock use. Her commitment to safety, stewardship, and good old-fashioned Western hospitality is at the heart of every ride.
